We are currently looking for someone interested in working extra with a humorous man in his 40s living in Östersund (ref. 10-26 which you should mention in your application so we know which assignment you are applying for).

As a personal assistant, you will help with care and with things that the man cannot do himself; both at home, out in the community, and at his workplace within daily activities. The man enjoys swimming, listening to music, watching movies, sports, going for walks, and doing something fun with the personal assistant. With your help, life is full of possibilities! 🤩 The working hours are from 9 AM to 9 AM the next morning with sleeping on-call, and are planned from time to time with you. If you want, you can also get a summer position with him, starting and lasting according to agreement. 😃

You will of course receive more information during an interview!

Please note that you MUST be fluent in Swedish in both spoken and written form!

Experience in care and disabilities such as CP injuries, Down syndrome, and aids is a merit but absolutely not a requirement, as one learns such things quite quickly! The most important thing is that you enjoy each other's company!

About us:

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE AGENCY has been around since 1996 and is thus Jämtland's oldest assistance company! Our office is located at Folkets Hus/OSD, Krondikesvägen 93 D (the back side towards the racetrack) in Östersund. We have permission from IVO (the National Board of Health and Welfare) to conduct assistance operations and home care, and of course, we have a collective agreement (Fremia/Kommunal) for all our staff!
