We are currently seeking an engaged support assistant/support person for our LSS accommodation. With us, citizens of various ages with different disabilities live. Our citizens have their own apartments in a residential building, and there is a communal living room where we socialize, create activities, and celebrate holidays together. The work is varied and meaningful. The citizens have both psychosocial and physical support needs. You need to enjoy care work, and the role also involves working with medication as well as planning and structuring daily life.

The operation has a laundry schedule, which means you can influence your own schedule. Working hours are distributed between days, evenings, sleeping on-call, and weekends, currently scheduled between 09:00-23:00 on weekdays and weekends. If you work sleeping on-call, the shift will end at 10:00. Vacation trips occur.

The position is permanent, 85% with the possibility of working up to 100%.
