Are you our development leader who wants to help drive digitalization development towards the future for school activities and create the best possible conditions for teaching and learning? We are looking for a development leader who wants to combine pedagogical development work with technical understanding and be a support to the operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The development leader will be a key person and lead the department's digitalization development together with the system manager and development manager. Digitalization and AI are important parts of the preschool's and school's teaching assignments, and you will be responsible for keeping the operations updated on digital systems and tools, developing routines, and supporting educators, principals, and administrators. You will coordinate the municipality's IKT pedagogical network and lead training sessions. You will be involved in processes around the department's systems and platforms as well as GDPR, data security, and information security. You will monitor the external environment, collaborate with the municipality's IT department, Media Center, and other networks. The department also includes the Culture and Food organization, which you will also collaborate with.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with an academic degree focused on educational training related to the school system or IT, or another education along with experience that we consider equivalent. You have knowledge of GDPR and information security to ensure that information is handled correctly.

The role requires you to be a structured problem solver who takes responsibility and drives the work forward. You are a confident person with good communication skills. You are clear in dialogue and can set boundaries in a professional manner. You thrive in collaborations and find it easy to build trust with various stakeholders both within and outside the organization.
