About the job

In the role of preparer, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and well-functioning production. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing production preparations with the aim of optimizing the production process and creating the best possible conditions for a smooth flow. An important part of the job is to produce and continuously create and update production drawings based on applicable requirements, specifications, and the needs of the business.

You will also work with data maintenance in our ERP system, ensuring that the information is correct, updated, and easily accessible to the organization. To support the sales department, you will prepare cost calculations that become important documentation for quotes and customer dialogues. The role involves close collaboration with both purchasing and sales, where you contribute with technical and production-related support.

We are looking for someone who has

• High school education with a technical focus

• Experience in the manufacturing industry

• Experience with ERP systems

Swedish citizenship is a requirement for employment. Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as very good knowledge of English is also required.

Meritorious

• Knowledge of CAD

• Knowledge of Excel

• Experience with drawings and preparations

• Experience with Monitor
