Senior AI Developer

We are now looking for an experienced and driven Senior AI Developer who wants the opportunity to work on the development of applications with GenAI and to develop the technology area together with their team.

THE ROLE

Your role as a Senior AI Developer may include the following:

• Designing, developing, and deploying solutions based on Generative AI, such as AI Agents and RAG pipelines.
• Implementing and optimizing machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Using cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) to deploy and manage data and analytics solutions.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining advanced data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Ensuring that the data infrastructure is scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Making strategic decisions regarding architecture and solution design.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone with a relevant education (such as a Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Machine Learning, or Mathematics) or other experience deemed equivalent. You have at least 3 years of experience in software development and/or development in AI and Machine Learning, as well as experience working with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

You may have worked in, or have an interest in, some of the following areas:

• Programming in Python (packages such as Tensorflow or PyTorch)
• Development with LLMs, AI development frameworks (such as LangChain, LLamaIndex)
• AI Agents and relevant standards MCP, A2A
• RAG pipelines, vector databases, semantic search
• Container technology (Docker and Kubernetes)
• Data visualization tools such as Qlik or PowerBI
• Development in C++ or C#
• Frontend development
• DevOps principles and tools
• Technical leadership or responsibility for architecture in development projects

We are looking for a person who enjoys working in an agile development team, has the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and likes to share their knowledge and inspire their team towards technical excellence.

Since the position involves work that is subject to defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security clearance with a background check.
