Job Description

We are looking for a reliable yet sharp System Administrator within HR and Payroll for our client in Trelleborg. You should love the combination of technical structure and close collaboration with the business. As a System Administrator with us, you will play a key role where your expertise in payroll processes and system understanding makes a real difference. You navigate confidently between legal requirements and digital flows, ensure data quality, and act as a bridge between IT, HR, and Payroll. Your tasks include:

• Be responsible for the proactive management and development of the HR and payroll system to ensure stable and appropriate support for the entire organization.
• Ensure functioning and correct payroll processes through operational work in the system (e.g., Heroma or Personec).
• Establish and maintain structured routines for data quality, documentation, and access control in close collaboration with the IT department.
• Act as the primary contact point for external system suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive improvement and efficiency work.
• Function as a pedagogical support and advisor to managers and the organization regarding the system's functionality and usage.
• Independently handle complex issues and ensure that the payroll process complies with current legal requirements and collective agreements.

Responsibilities

• Operational responsibility for the management, updating, and correct use of the HR and payroll system.
• Ensure functioning and correct payroll processes, as well as be responsible for high data quality and access control.
• Act as a contact point with IT and external system suppliers, and support HR and Payroll in daily operations.
• Establish and maintain routines and documentation that ensure the long-term viability of the system support.
• Participate in and drive ongoing improvement and efficiency work within the framework of the system's functionality.

Qualifications

• Practical experience working with HR and payroll systems.
• Good understanding of the payroll process as a whole.
• Experience in close collaboration with HR and payroll functions.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience with the Heroma system.
• Previous experience from the public sector.
• In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations related to payroll, such as labor law and collective agreements.
