Do you want to help shape our business system landscape?

We are now looking for a systems specialist (solution architect) within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations who wants to take a key responsibility in the further development of our business system. The role suits you who want to work both strategically and operationally in a complex and business-critical environment with a clear connection to production, warehousing, logistics, and sales. You should want to drive changes and improvements, understanding the needs and requirements of the business.

About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for solution design, configuration, and technical advice within D365 F&O. You will work both strategically and operationally in close collaboration with product owners, system owners, the business, and external partners.

Main responsibilities:

• System expert and architect within D365 Finance & Operations
• Design and ensure quality of solutions that support business processes in purchasing, warehousing, production, and logistics
• Participate in and drive requirements analysis, solution design, and configuration
• Ensure sustainable solutions in line with architectural principles
• Collaborate with integration and data teams on flows and master data
• Support and contribute to projects, e.g., further development of business systems or new modules
• Act as a technical advisor to the business and suppliers
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and knowledge transfer
• Work operationally with processes in D365 F&O

We are looking for someone who has

Requirements:

• Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience in production and warehousing
• Good understanding of business processes in manufacturing or logistics-intensive operations
• Experience in configuration and solution design in D365
• Ability to work closely with the business and translate needs into technical solutions

Meritorious:

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing)
• Experience with integrations to other systems (e.g., ERP, BI, MES)
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Experience with Azure integrations or data platforms
• Previous work as a solution architect or technical specialist

• Communicative and confident in dialogue with both IT and the business
• Independent but enjoys collaboration
• Quality-conscious with a holistic perspective
