We are looking for someone who wants to work with digital development and system issues together with the city's cultural activities! The position is a part-time temporary role, and we seek someone driven by working closely with operations and enjoys being the bridge between the needs of the operations and system usage. 

About the workplace

Culture is an important driving force in making Helsingborg the most attractive city. Here, an active and visible cultural policy is pursued based on cultural institutions, independent cultural practitioners, and the engagement of civil society. The administration's public activities include Helsingborg's libraries, Helsingborg's museum, Helsingborg's culture school, and Helsingborg's art hall and Dunkers stages. Together, they are supported by common staff functions for communication, administration, finance, and HR.

The role is a part-time temporary position with a start date in the spring. The position is located in the cultural administration's staff, and in this role, you will work closely with the administration's coordinator for digital development and colleagues working with information security and data protection issues. 

Job responsibilities

The main task is to be a driving force for the administration in system issues and system usage, for example, with system management for the visitor service system. The role involves working both strategically and practically, being a support for managers and employees, and acting as the bridge between the administration, the city's digitalization department, and suppliers. The work is needs-oriented with the expectation of being able to take on various tasks based on needs in the area, collaborating internally and externally to have a good overview and knowledge of needs and opportunities. 

Qualifications

Educational requirements 

• University or college education in e.g., system science, IT, or other education that the employer deems equivalent
• Education in information security and/or cybersecurity is an advantage
• Education in project management and/or process management is an advantage

Experience 

• has experience in system management
• has experience working both strategically and operationally with digital issues with a good understanding of IT systems/IT solutions and is updated on current developments in areas such as automation and AI. 
• has experience driving digitalization issues with related areas such as ordering, procurement, implementation of systems, etc.
• good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.   
• experience and knowledge of cultural issues, the committee's tasks, and areas of activity are advantageous. 
• experience working within a municipality, region, or other public authority is advantageous.

As a person, you are communicative and have a pedagogical approach that contributes to a greater understanding of digital issues. You easily create good relationships, collaborate, and find common touchpoints. You have the ability to take different perspectives and see the whole, as well as a good ability to plan and structure your own work and produce relevant decision-making material. You can take on different roles based on needs, for example, to lead projects and drive processes forward when needed. You enjoy finding or adopting new solutions and are motivated by creating benefits and synergies in both large and small ways.  

To succeed in the role, we see that you are structured, with the ability to work methodically. You have a collaborative and attentive approach and enjoy working together with different functions and activities.
