We are now looking for a systems engineer with a few years of documented experience for one of our clients in Lund. Here, you will be part of a competent and driven team with colleagues both in Sweden and internationally. In this role, you will work with:

• Support the development of V&V strategy (Verification & Validation) through all development phases – from lab environment to integration and deployment.

• Define requirements, architecture, interfaces, and plans for integration, verification, and validation.

• Develop V&V test specifications for both virtual and physical environments.

• Work on forward-looking solutions to virtualize and automate the physical domain.

• Lead analyses of system performance, simulations, and risk reduction activities.

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in IT/OT engineering work in an industrial environment, for example within:

• Software development

• Automation

• Verification and validation of software and hardware

In addition, you have:

• Experience in cybersecurity.

• Knowledge of software development (e.g., RDM, SQL), microservices architecture, industrial automation, and DevOps methodology.

• Relevant engineering education (IT, software, or mechatronics).

• Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

You are a team player who thrives in a changing environment and quickly adapts to new expectations. You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and are confident in leading technical discussions. You work in a structured manner and present your conclusions in a clear and understandable way.
