RESPONSIBILITIES

At Landskrona Municipality, you will play a central role in connecting the city's systems, automating workflows, and contributing to a smarter everyday life for both employees and residents. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Develop, configure, and test integrations between business systems
• Work with REST- and SOAP-based APIs and handle data formats such as JSON and XML
• Participate in requirements gathering and solution design together with the business units
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve existing integrations
• Document solutions, workflows, and technical specifications
• Contribute to the development of the city's platforms for automation, RPA, and e-services
• Collaborate with system suppliers, system administrators, and internal stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who works in a structured manner and is good at analyzing problems, finding solutions, and driving your work forward. At the same time, you are communicative and appreciate the collaboration between technology and business operations.

To succeed in the role, you need to be able to work independently, take initiative, and have the ability to build trust with both colleagues and external suppliers.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in system development, computer science, IT, or equivalent experience as assessed by the employer
• Experience in integration development
• Experience with REST- and SOAP-based APIs
• Good knowledge of JSON and XML
• Experience with data and message transformation
• Basic understanding of system architecture and information flows
• Experience with technical documentation
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with integration platforms, such as Lobster, Frends, or similar
• Experience with PowerShell
• Experience with SQL
• Experience with RPA platforms
• Knowledge in process modeling (BPMN/BPMS)
• Experience from the public sector
• Experience working with information or integration architecture

About the Department

The Department for Digitalization and IT leads the digital work in Landskrona Municipality, for both the administrations and the municipal companies. The department's political goal is to drive digitalization within Landskrona Municipality. The department's main tasks are to:

• Formulate Landskrona Municipality's strategic direction regarding digitalization work and build an architecture for this
• Act as a coordinator and business support in strategic digitalization and IT issues
• Be responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of Landskrona Municipality's digital infrastructure, workplace, and shared services
• Act as a project office and lead larger business projects
• Coordinate Landskrona Municipality's initiatives within the framework of digital transformation and innovation (Smart Society)
• Coordinate and lead IT security work
