About the role

As a 1st Line Support Technician, you are the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance. You handle incoming tickets via phone, email, and chat, assisting with everything from basic support queries to troubleshooting and problem-solving.

You will become an integral part of the support team, where service, communication, and meticulous documentation are key priorities.

We believe you
  • Have a high school or post-secondary education in IT, or equivalent experience

  • Perhaps have completed a University College (YH) program and a work-integrated learning period (LIA)

  • Speak and write Swedish and English fluently

  • Have basic knowledge in:

    • Active Directory

    • Networking (DHCP/DNS, TCP/IP)

    • ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

    • Troubleshooting in Windows environments

  • Have experience with Windows, and experience with Linux is a plus
