About the role

As an AI Engineer here, you will develop AI-driven systems and integration solutions in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and GCP. The focus is on backend development, AI orchestration, and the integration of language models into scalable systems and platforms.

You will work on projects where AI is a central part of the solution and where the technology is used in production to automate processes, improve decision support, and create new user experiences.

For us, AI is not about isolated demos or chatbots, but about robust solutions that are integrated into business-critical systems and workflows.

You will work with

• Integration of language models such as GPT, Claude, or Mistral into backend and business systems
• AI orchestration and agent-based workflows
• RAG architecture and integration with internal data sources
• Semantic search and vector search
• LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks
• API development and integration between AI services and internal platforms
• Backend development in Python, TypeScript, or similar languages
• AI solutions in distributed systems and cloud environments
• Container platforms and Kubernetes
• Infrastructure as code and automated deployments
• Development of AI functionality used in production that creates concrete business value

We are looking for someone who: We believe you have a few years of experience in backend development, cloud, or distributed systems, and that you have worked practically with AI integrations, LLM solutions, or agent-based systems in recent years.

Preferred qualifications We would appreciate if you have experience in several of the following areas:

• Python or TypeScript
• Backend development and API design
• Azure, AWS, or GCP
• LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI frameworks
• LLM integrations and generative AI
• RAG and semantic search
• Vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search
• Distributed systems and integration solutions
• Kubernetes and container platforms
• DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native development

Personal qualities You have a strong technical foundation in backend development and system design, combined with a genuine interest in how AI can be integrated into real-world systems and platforms.

As a person, you are communicative, curious, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a consultant role, enjoy close collaboration with both clients and teams, and can switch between technical depth and business understanding. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English.
