What our job is Klaravik connects hundreds of thousands of buyers worldwide with sellers of machinery and vehicles through our auction platforms klaravik.se and klaravik.dk. Every day, new items are published, and our offerings continue to grow. In 2025, we launched over 170,000 auctions and had an auction turnover of over 4.7 billion SEK. The forecast indicates continued strong growth, with a target of over 5 billion for 2026!
Klaravik Sweden has 265 employees and is part of a strong European group: TBAuctions, with several successful growth brands. The group has over 1,200 employees in the Nordic countries, Benelux, the UK, and the rest of Europe.
What your job will be
You will take product ownership of the digital tools and apps that our brokers and sellers use daily — from registering and following up on items to driving their businesses forward. This involves internal and semi-internal platforms that directly impact how efficiently and successfully our sales organization can operate.
You will lead a dedicated development team and shape the roadmap for your area in dialogue with the VP of Platform and management — and own the execution. An overarching roadmap for 2026 is in place — your mandate is to refine it and translate it into delivery.
What you will do concretely:
You deeply understand your users: talk to brokers and sellers, identify friction points and opportunities, and translate that into well-founded product decisions
You shape the roadmap for your area in dialogue with the VP of Platform and management, and own the execution
You drive discovery and define solutions together with the team — not just as a spec writer
You keep the backlog in shape and ensure that the team always knows what to build next and why
You follow up with data and evaluate whether what you delivered actually creates value
You communicate direction and priorities clearly to your team, to internal stakeholders, and to management
Who you are
You are an experienced product leader who understands the difference between product management and project management — and who has done it for real. You have taken a team through the entire product cycle, not just coordinated deliveries.
We would like you to have:
At least 3–5 years of experience in product management where you have owned the roadmap and priorities — not just spec writing or delivery coordination
Experience leading a development team in day-to-day operations: backlog refinement, sprint planning, and tech debt trade-offs
Familiarity with working with B2B tools, internal platforms, SaaS, or mobile apps
The ability to make product decisions based on data, user behaviors, and business goals — and explain them
A clear communication style with the ability to manage different stakeholders
Fluency in Swedish and English
What we offer

6 weeks of vacation, wellness allowance, pension, and health insurance
Attractive office location in Lund, just a stone's throw from Lund Central Station
A warm, open culture — AWs, game nights, quizzes, and conferences
