EttIT is a joint municipal IT operations organization currently serving five municipalities: Bjuv, Klippan, Perstorp, Åstorp, and Örkelljunga. EttIT is part of the organizational structure of Klippan municipality, and our office is located in the center of Klippan. The departments share a common responsibility for the whole but with different focuses and responsibilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
If you want to help deliver the best service while supporting the municipality's employees, we would love for you to reach out. It is important to us that you are technically interested and passionate about providing users with the best support.
The work primarily involves providing service, support, and assistance in IT matters to the municipalities' operations via phone and email. Together with your colleagues at EttIT, you are responsible for providing our users, namely municipal employees and elected officials in five municipalities, with the best possible IT support. The main focus is on the support function, and you will assist users with issues related to hardware, applications in Office, and Windows.
You will:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users via phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Manage incoming cases to the service desk, register and categorize them, and follow up to ensure quick and effective resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for users.
- Maintain a knowledge base with frequently asked questions and answers.
The position is a permanent employment, and we hope you can start as soon as possible. A probationary period may be applicable depending on previous experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
We prefer that you have some form of IT education, either at the high school or post-secondary level, and/or that you have worked a couple of years in IT support. You have a strong interest in IT, drive, and a desire to develop. You possess good social skills and do not settle for just solving the problem; you want to do it with the best service possible. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to solve problems for users at various levels.
- Experience working in a service desk or similar support environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple way.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Intune.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certifications in IT support and service desk are advantageous.
A valid driver's license is a requirement.
