Command System Officer for Military Region Group Skåne

The Military Region Group Skåne is looking for a Command System Officer to support the military region group and their combat units in utilizing their command systems. The position is civilian and is aimed at those with experience in command system work, preferably including signal protection, and who understand that the Armed Forces have a unique need for functioning command systems in several respects.

About Military Region Group Skåne

The Military Region Group Skåne is a combat unit responsible for command, training, and administrative support for four home guard battalions, four independent units, and five home guard music corps in the Southern Military Region. The Military Region Group Skåne is organized into three sections with about 35 continuously serving military and civilian employees. The Military Region Group Skåne is located in four places in Skåne: Revingehed, Malmö, Helsingborg, and Rinkaby. The position of Command System Officer is located in Revingehed or Malmö.

Main Responsibilities

In the role of Command System Officer, you will work closely with the leadership and our units to manage our various command systems and their utilization. You will also serve as our signal protection chief. The work is carried out in close collaboration with our chief instructor for command training and our security officer.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• Experience in command system work, including IT systems
• Approved high school diploma
• Driver's license B
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English

We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and structured. You enjoy being part of a team but also take responsibility for independent tasks. You are unpretentious, have good collaboration skills, and like to explore new solutions. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

Civil employment until further notice. The Armed Forces applies a six-month probationary period for those who are not already employed within the authority. You will be trained as a combatant and must be prepared to carry weapons. The salary range is between 32,000 SEK - 37,000 SEK. Employment rate: Full-time. Work during evenings and weekends often occurs. Business trips with overnight stays may occur. Work location: Revingehed or Malmö. Start date: No later than autumn 2026, by agreement.
