We are looking for a curious and structured Business System Developer to join our client's business development team. You will be part of a team that works on the improvement and further development of systems and information flows related to procurement, with a particular focus on the tools used in the business and the interface between different systems. We believe you have experience working with various types of tools and a good understanding of IT structures, without the requirement for programming skills.

In this role, you will work closely with technical functions, procurement, and IT, acting as the link between technical documentation and the systems where the information is further used in the process. A central part of the job is to manage and quality assure Bill of Materials (BOM) in the company's ERP system. You will work on receiving technical documentation, for example from systems like Windchill, and ensuring that the correct information is available and structured in the systems so that it can be used effectively in the procurement process.

The work also involves retrieving information from various systems, compiling and structuring data in Excel, as well as producing reports and follow-ups related to processes and KPIs. You will also work in the organization's procurement portal in ServiceNow, where some troubleshooting and case management may occur. In addition, you contribute to internal controls related to the procurement process, for example by following up that suppliers are approved and that processes are adhered to.

• Has a technical university degree in mechanical engineering, industrial economics, product development, or another technical education deemed equivalent.
• Has at least one year of experience in a similar field, preferably within logistics flows or procurement.
• Has experience with ERP systems and very good skills in Excel.
• Has a strong interest in the defense industry.
• Has fluent skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous but not a requirement if you have a military background; furthermore, experience in project work as a project participant or leading your own project is also advantageous.
