We are now looking for a meticulous and structured data administrator for a consulting assignment with an international player. In this role, you will work closely with several functions and contribute to ensuring that important information is handled correctly and efficiently.

This is an assignment for you who enjoy working independently, have good structure in your work, and are accustomed to handling data in Excel.

About the assignment You will work with administration and management of documentation related to data and information flows. The role serves as an important hub between different teams and contributes to ensuring that the right information is available at the right time.

Responsibilities 📁

• register and update data in systems and documents • manage and structure relevant documentation • ensure that information is correct and up to date • follow up on missing or incorrect information • support various departments with data-related questions • coordinate information flows between internal teams • contribute to ensuring compliance with internal processes

Requirements ✅

• good knowledge of Excel • previous experience in data entry or administrative work • ability to work independently and keep track of large amounts of information

Language requirements 🌍

• Swedish – very good level • English – very good level

Other information • scope: full-time, on-site work • location: Lund • assignment period: start as soon as possible, March 30, 2026 – May 31, 2026 • drug test will be conducted before the assignment starts
