Our client is a leading player in critical societal and high-tech operations and is now looking for a service-oriented onsite technician for their office in Lund. You will be an important part of creating a stable and efficient IT environment for the business.

The position is a temporary role due to parental leave.

Your responsibilities

In the role of onsite technician, you will work closely with end-users to ensure a safe and functioning IT workplace. You will be part of an experienced team that provides support, delivery, and information to the business.

Your tasks include:

• Provide hands-on support where remote assistance is insufficient
• Install and deliver computers, phones, and other client-side IT equipment
• Ensure that records and inventory management for hardware are up to date
• Handle VIP cases with a high level of service
• Document cases in the knowledge database and case management system
• Work with structured troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Support printers and conference room solutions
• Contribute to maintaining high quality in onsite delivery
• Assist remote colleagues during operational disruptions or security incidents

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, technically curious, and thrives in a role where priorities can change rapidly. You are comfortable working independently while also appreciating collaboration, knowledge sharing, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, preferably in onsite roles
• Good knowledge of Windows environments, client management, and troubleshooting
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience with documentation and case management in IT
• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Experience from larger corporations or complex IT environments
• Experience with conference room and AV technology
• Experience from organizations with high demands on security and structure

Other
The assignment is subject to defense secrecy, which requires work on-site five days a week. Security clearance interviews and background checks will be conducted. Swedish citizenship is a requirement.
