Do you want to work closely with technology, operations, and development in a modern IT environment?

We are now looking for a technically strong system administrator who wants to work in a hybrid IT environment with both Azure and OnPrem, where stability, security, and automation are in focus. You will work closely with our integration specialists, backend developers, and architects to ensure efficient delivery flows and high availability in our systems.

About the role

The role is technically broad and includes administration of both Azure and OnPrem environments, working with DevOps processes, automating operational flows, and developing CI/CD pipelines. You will drive technical improvements, optimize platforms, and contribute to architectural choices for future solutions, with a particular focus on cloud-based services in Microsoft Azure.

Main responsibilities:

• Administer and manage systems and environments in Microsoft Azure and OnPrem
• Work with DevOps processes such as CI/CD, automation, and release management
• Support backend environments, applications, databases, and services
• Monitor operations, performance, and availability
• Handle incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analyses
• Participate in improvement work regarding security, stability, and scalability
• Collaborate with development teams on environments, deployments, and pipelines
• Work with integrations and integration environments
• Document solutions, procedures, and technical configurations

We are looking for someone who has

Requirements:

• Experience in system administration in modern IT environments
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure
• Experience with DevOps work and automated flows
• Understanding of backend environments (applications, services, databases)
• Experience in scripting/automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
• Very good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

Meritorious:

• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub
• Experience with monitoring tools and log management
• Knowledge of security, identity, and access (IAM)
• Experience from manufacturing organizations
