We are currently looking for a senior software developer to join a Growth team in Lund. In this role, you will combine advanced, system-level software development with mentorship and help the team grow both technically and in terms of skills.

Xamera Growth is our concept where you, as a senior consultant, become part of a team alongside junior colleagues. Here, you will have the opportunity to share your experience, support, and coach, while quickly delivering results to the client together.

In this role, you will work with system-level software development and embedded systems, act as a mentor, and share your technical expertise. You will work closely with hardware and integration, participate in software design, requirements management, and verification, and ensure quality and documentation according to established processes.

• Has excellent knowledge of C/C++ • Has at least 10 years of experience in software development • Has experience in embedded systems development • Has experience in systems programming and working with system-level software • Has experience in technical leadership or mentorship • Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you also have experience in: • Linux and development in a Linux environment • Networking • Cybersecurity • Automotive or an interest in vehicles and technology
