We are looking for a Portfolio Planner who will be a key person in developing and strengthening the organization's portfolio planning. The role involves taking overall responsibility for identifying gaps in processes, data, and tools, proposing solutions, and ensuring that improvements are driven all the way to implementation-ready solutions.

You will work in a complex environment with both Waterfall and Agile processes and contribute to increased transparency, data quality, and decision support through advanced tool development. The role combines analysis, change driving, and technical development – where Power BI, Power Automate, SAP, and PlanView are central parts of everyday life.

You will proactively identify underperforming processes and bottlenecks within portfolio management, analyze root causes, and drive improvements from idea to finished solution in close collaboration with stakeholders. You will manage and update the integrated portfolio roadmap in line with business needs and dependencies between organizations, ensuring high transparency through clear visualizations of portfolio, program, and project views, workload, KPIs, decisions, and financial perspectives.

The role also involves supporting governance forums with data-driven insights and recommendations, as well as ensuring high data quality in dashboards, KPIs, and status reports.

You will be responsible for collecting and structuring data from various sources, ensuring data quality, and optimizing data management for different consumption and reporting needs. An important part of the assignment is to design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards, create automated workflows in Power Automate and VBA, and optimize data flows between SAP, PlanView, and other portfolio systems. You will also contribute to the implementation of new tools and ensure smooth integration into the existing IT infrastructure.

• Identified and prioritized improvement areas within portfolio processes, data, and tools

• Completed solution proposals and implementation plans

• Advanced Power BI dashboards for portfolio and KPI tracking

• Automated workflows that reduce manual work

• Optimized and quality-assured data flows between SAP, PlanView, and other systems

• 3–5+ years of experience in portfolio planning, project/program management, or strategic planning

• Experience with portfolio processes in both Waterfall and Agile environments

• Good understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes

• Deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure and system landscape

• Advanced skills in Power BI

• Advanced skills in Power Automate

• Deep understanding of SAP transactions and data flows

• Experience with PlanView or similar portfolio tools

• Experience with VBA for Excel automation

• Relevant academic degree (Business, Engineering, Finance, or similar)

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You are driven and solution-oriented with the ability to identify gaps and independently develop and implement improvements. You work in a structured and detail-focused manner, ensuring that solutions are robust and anchored with stakeholders. You have a good understanding of change management and can influence and create alignment without formal mandate. You thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment with many parallel dependencies.
