1st Line Support Technician at Peab in Ängelholm

We are currently looking for a dedicated 1st Line Support Technician for Peab in Ängelholm, where you will be an important part of a smaller team with significant responsibility and close collaboration with the business.

This is a consulting role via Poolia with good opportunities for permanent employment at Peab after approximately six months for the right person.

About the Position

As a 1st Line Support Technician, you will work closely with users and be a central function in ensuring that the IT environment runs smoothly on a daily basis. You will handle incoming cases, solve technical problems, and contribute to developing work methods and processes together with the team.

You will be part of a team of four people and will continuously collaborate with other IT functions. The role involves significant personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence how the work is conducted.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Provide support within IT systems and services according to established processes and routines
  • Manage and follow up on cases in the case management system
  • Perform administrative tasks and additional services related to the support function
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes, work methods, and routines
  • Collaborate with different parts of the organization to ensure a high level of service
  • Work towards set goals both individually and together with the team

Qualifications:

  • High school or university education in IT or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in support or helpdesk
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience in a coordinating or responsible role within IT
  • Knowledge of Norwegian
