About the Position

We are looking for an IT support technician for a 50% position for an assignment in Malmö from May 4 to August 28. The assignment will be carried out entirely on-site at the client's office in Malmö, Dockplatsen.

The need arises because two out of three people in the client's IT team will be on parental leave over the summer, partially overlapping. The regular team consists of two support technicians and one IT architect. During certain weeks, you will work together with a colleague, and during a few weeks, you may be alone in the support function. However, the workload is generally low during the summer, and the work is based on a best effort principle.

Your Main Responsibilities

The assignment involves internal end-user support for approximately 100 employees.

The work includes, among other things:

• Support for computers, mobile phones, and Teams meeting equipment
• Basic troubleshooting and ongoing user support
• Management of access requests
• Creation and administration of user accounts
• Support both on-site and remotely

The environment is entirely based on Microsoft 365.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient in the role of Onsite Technician and can easily handle the following areas:

• Windows 11
• OneDrive
• Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Teams
• Basic administration in Exchange Online
• SharePoint Online
• Entra ID

You express yourself fluently in Swedish.

As a person, you are pedagogical, patient, and confident in meeting users with varying technical levels.
