We are now looking for an Onsite Support Technician for an international company in the retail sector. The role is located in central Copenhagen and also involves travel to Stockholm and Malmö approximately twice a month.
📅 Start: As soon as possible
⏳ Scope: Full-time, long-term assignment
You will be an important part of the organization and work closely with users – both onsite and via phone. We are looking for someone who is service-minded, professional, and thrives in an environment where attitude, quality, and structure are crucial.
Your tasks
In this role, you will work with both L1 and L2 support and be responsible for:
- Onsite support over the desk as well as support via phone
- Installation and uninstallation of IT equipment
- Troubleshooting on workstations and hardware
- Support for monitors, printers, and scanners
- User support in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Administration in Azure
- Support in Apple environments and work in Jamf
You are visible in the organization, actively moving around the environment and picking up needs – rather than waiting for issues to come to you.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3 years of experience in IT support (L1/L2)
- Has experience from the retail industry (required)
- Has worked in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Has experience with Azure
- Has experience with Apple devices and Jamf
- Speaks and writes fluent English
- Speaks Danish
