RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the application lifecycle, from designing responsive user interfaces with React and Next.js to developing robust backend services and integrating AI-driven features. You will evaluate and adapt open-source AI projects, build seamless integrations, and ensure optimal performance across the technology stack, all in an innovative and collaborative environment.

Design, develop, and maintain fullstack applications with a focus on exceptional user experience.
Evaluate and integrate open-source AI projects to optimize internal workflows.
Build seamless integrations between AI services and user interfaces.
Troubleshoot and optimize the entire stack, from user interface down to the AI layer.
Actively participate in code reviews and share knowledge to elevate the team's collective competence.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has at least 2 years of work experience as a Fullstack Developer
Has excellent skills in frontend development with React and Next.js
Has good knowledge of Python, especially in relation to AI/ML frameworks
Has experience in backend development and building and maintaining REST APIs
Has an understanding of Generative AI and the ability to develop solutions around these principles
Has practical experience in adapting open-source projects to specific needs

It is a plus if you have

Experience with LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel)
Experience working in a Linux environment
Active participation in developer networks, such as contributing to open source projects
