EttIT is a joint municipal IT operations organization currently serving five municipalities: Bjuv, Klippan, Perstorp, Åstorp, and Örkelljunga. EttIT belongs organizationally to Klippan municipality, and our office is located in the center of Klippan. The departments share a common responsibility for the whole but with different focuses and responsibilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced IT technician with specialist competence in Microsoft environments who wants to work with the operation, management, and further development of our server and platform environment. The role is technically demanding and suits you who thrive on responsibility, structure, and secure IT operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operation and long-term development of our server platform. The work includes, among other things:

• Operation, maintenance, and development of our on-prem and Microsoft Entra environment
• Management and configuration of Active Directory, DNS, GPO, DHCP, and Intune
• Troubleshooting and handling of incidents and operational disruptions
• Work with security, permissions, and identity management
• Documentation of environments, routines, and changes
• Collaboration with colleagues and other functions to ensure that the IT environment supports the needs of the operations

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in qualified IT work and who is comfortable in Microsoft's ecosystem. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and have a solution-oriented approach.

We see that you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations or platform management
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, DNS, GPO, DHCP, Intune, and identity management
• Experience in troubleshooting and incident management in production environments
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Good documentation habits and understanding of security requirements

Experience in the following is advantageous:

• Microsoft's security solutions
• VPN, patch management, certificate management, and backup
• Nutanix
• PowerShell or other automation
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as a B driver's license.
