Then you could be Smartify's new service technician in Malmö and surrounding areas, with an immediate start until the end of March with a chance for extension!

As a service technician at Smartify, your mission will be to help individuals and businesses get their digital technology in order. You will travel in a service vehicle and carry out tasks in customers' homes and at companies. We offer you an independent and varied job with opportunities for development and personal responsibility.

Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of smart technology in private homes and at companies in the following technical areas:

• Computers and peripherals

• Networks and networking equipment

• TV and audio systems, including image optimization and wall mounting

• Activation and configuration of broadband services in households, such as routers, Wi-Fi networks, TV equipment, and broadband telephony

• Installation of conduits and cabling for new broadband outlets

• Digital locks & alarms

• Sales, installation, and configuration of software and hardware

What are we looking for in you?

• You are a social person who enjoys meeting new people. You are service-oriented, solution-focused, and like to work independently and take responsibility.

• An interest/aptitude for handyman work is beneficial, as one of the many services we offer is wall mounting TVs.

• You have broad technical competence, are a true technology enthusiast, practically minded, and love to learn new things.

• You have an easy time understanding people's problems and explaining technical solutions in an educational way.

• You have experience in configuring consumer electronics, such as routers, printers, computers, streaming boxes, and audio systems.

• You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

• You have a B driver's license and access to your own car for work.

• If you also have education in IT/networking or similar, this is a plus.

What can we offer you?

As a service technician at Smartify, you will be part of the effort to make Sweden smarter by making the latest digital developments accessible to everyone. You will have access to various tools to receive and report your tasks effectively, directly in the field.

The position requires you to have access to your own car for work. Mileage compensation is provided according to the Tax Agency's regulations. Before you head out into the field as a Smartify technician, you will undergo internal training where you will learn what you need.

The position is a full-time temporary contract starting immediately until the end of March, with a chance for extension!
