At 1KOMMA5°, we work to make renewable energy accessible to everyone. We are rapidly growing in the Nordics, and IT is a crucial part of our continued development. We are now looking for an IT Administrator who wants to help build, structure, and develop our internal IT function in close collaboration with the business and international colleagues.

About the role

This is a broad and responsible role for you who want to work with both technology and people. Since we currently do not have an established internal IT function, the role means that you will help create structure, working methods, and routines – while also working operationally in daily tasks. The focus is primarily on the software and system landscape, but the role also includes responsibility for hardware such as computers, phones, and user environments. You will have many points of contact within the organization and act as a natural link between technology and business.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Administer and maintain internal IT systems and user environments

• Work with computers, phones, and other IT equipment

• Provide technical support to employees (1st line and simpler 2nd line)

• Work in and maintain internal systems, such as quote and business support systems

• Input and update products and information in systems

• Participate in work with system integrations and improved workflows

• Automate simpler processes with scripts, such as in Python

• Document solutions, routines, and working methods

• Collaborate with many different points of contact, both locally and internationally

The role suits you who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are self-driven, and enjoy taking initiative rather than waiting for ready-made instructions.

Who are you?

We believe you have an education in IT or equivalent practical experience and are technically inclined with an interest in systems, AI, and how IT can streamline work. You have basic programming knowledge, preferably in Python or scripts, and are curious about automation and improvement work.
