First Line Support Employee

Our client is now looking for an engaged First Line Support employee to strengthen their team. You will be a key player in delivering exceptional IT support and ensuring a smooth technical everyday life for users in an organization that highly values collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

ABOUT THE POSITION

In the role of First Line Support, you will be the first contact for users with technical challenges. You will handle a variety of cases, from basic support to more complex troubleshooting, focusing on delivering quick and effective help and ensuring high user satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

You will be an important part of a support team responsible for solving IT-related problems and providing technical assistance to external users.

  • Provide first-class 1st line support via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in Windows and macOS environments
  • Follow up on cases and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate across team boundaries to help each other solve customer-specific issues

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Have relevant high school or post-secondary IT education in IT support or similar
  • Have basic knowledge in troubleshooting and administration in some of the following areas:
    • Microsoft Windows (client & server)/MacOS
    • Microsoft 365 applications
    • Active Directory (Azure & On Prem)
    • MS Exchange (Cloud & On Prem)
    • Networking (TCP/IP)
  • Are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have

  • Previous experience with hardware and peripherals
  • Previous experience with Citrix or ITIL foundation
  • Previous experience in 1st line IT support
