Kristineberg School in Åmål gathers all students in grades 7-9 in and around Åmål. There is a good working environment among the school's 410 students and about 50 staff members. We work in interdisciplinary teams, which provides excellent opportunities for meetings with people with different skills, experiences, and interests.

What we offer
The school is led by a principal and an assistant principal. Student health is present every day with special educators, counselors, and school nurses, as well as special teachers and social pedagogues. A number of teaching assistants support both students and staff in the various teams.

Your mission
The position involves teaching the subject of Home and Consumer Studies, preferably in combination with another subject. As a colleague at Kristineberg School, you are expected to collaborate with your colleagues in an interdisciplinary team with a clear student focus. You will be a mentor alongside a mentor colleague, and the role includes having a good insight into the student's entire study situation and maintaining contact with guardians as needed.

Formal competence requirements
- Teaching qualification in Home and Consumer Studies, preferably in combination with another subject
- B driver's license
- Digital identification with Bank ID

The employment
Permanent employment at 100% with a start date of 2026-04-13 or by agreement. The employment may begin with a probationary period. The position is currently located at Kristineberg School within the Primary School Operations of the Culture and Education Administration. The nearest supervisor is the principal at Kristineberg School.

The position will be filled subject to the necessary decisions being made.
