We are now looking for a preschool teacher for Fjällblomman 5 Preschool in northern Rannebergen, located in a scenic area close to forests and playgrounds. The preschool is multicultural and characterized by linguistic and cultural diversity. As a preschool teacher with us, you will work with your colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where each child is given the opportunity to develop based on their conditions. An important part of the mission is to build good relationships with the children's guardians through clear and respectful communication, including during introductions and development conversations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a secure leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developing environment where children can develop at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activities according to the preschool's curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

Meriting:

• Experience in creating accessible learning environments for all children
• Knowledge of and experience working with TAKK (sign language support)
• Experience using visual support in pedagogical work
• Ability to work with a low-arousal and pedagogical approach
• Experience with thematic and project-oriented work methods that take children's abilities and interests into account in teaching.
