JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a study advisor, you need to have the competence to assess the knowledge level of newly arrived students. The study guidance can be conducted together with another teaching teacher or independently with a small number of students. As a study advisor, you will have a continuous dialogue with the class's teaching teacher to follow up on students' progress and results. The study guidance may take place at all school units in the municipality.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has excellent knowledge in both spoken and written Swedish and Turkish. You are well-informed and understand the importance of working based on the school's governing documents and have a good ability to clearly and enthusiastically organize and lead the work for the best possible development of the students. An education with a pedagogical focus is an advantage, and it is desirable that you have experience in pedagogical work in Swedish schools. You are confident in your teaching role and have the ability to create a good working climate and study peace in student groups. You have a good ability to include students in need of support and are challenged by finding extra adaptations for each student to reach as far as possible in their knowledge development.

You have good collaboration skills and are clear in your communication. You can take your own initiatives and work independently. You are structured and creative in your working methods and have a desire and great interest in helping students achieve their goals.

You have good computer skills and knowledge and experience of working in various digital systems as well as conducting remote or distance education.

A B driver's license is a requirement for the position.
