Smithska vägen 14B preschool is located in Näset, in a beautiful environment that invites many excursions. Here, you work close to the sea, and we make regular visits to the sea where children can explore, discover, and learn in an inspiring environment. As a preschool teacher with us, you will participate in forums with other preschool teachers, and we work to create a shared understanding within our units regarding the SKA work.

Qualifications

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher who can create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developing environment where children can grow at their own pace.

You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activities according to the preschool's curriculum and other governing documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.

Meritorious:

• Good knowledge of project-oriented working methods
• Actively working with the environment as the third educator
• Listening pedagogy
