We are looking for an engaged and competent employee for the position of project manager assistant within our organization.

Qualifications:

We see that you:

- Have a higher education.

- Master several languages, especially Dari, Pashto, and Swedish.

- English is an asset.

- Have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.

- Have experience working with people and are confident in creating and developing relationships.

- Are structured, responsible, and have good teamwork skills.

- Enjoy a supportive role and can work both independently and in a team.

Job Responsibilities:

As a project manager assistant, you will:

- Support the project manager in planning, implementing, and following up on projects.

- Participate in meetings, document, and follow up on decisions.

- Have contact with participants, partners, and other stakeholders.

- Contribute to good communication within the project.

- Assist with administrative and organizational tasks.

Employment Type:

The position is a fixed-term employment at 50% for one year, starting on February 10, 2026, with the possibility of extension depending on the project's continuation and funding.
