Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to work within SÖM (the structured outpatient care in Malmö). Your task is to work together with colleagues to drive structured outpatient care for individuals with harmful use and dependence. You will plan and implement structured outpatient care both in groups and individually within the framework of the operation. Treatment takes place during the day, weekdays, based on a schedule that includes both treatment conversations and activities as well as other psychosocial support measures.

The operation has a total of 20 places divided into two groups. The target group is adults with various types of harmful use and dependence in need of an extended structure around the treatment effort.

We are now looking for summer substitutes, but also hourly substitutes, starting in the spring.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has completed or is currently pursuing a social work degree or another higher education that is deemed equivalent. You should also have good computer skills and the ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

Meritorious for the position are:

• experience working with harmful use and dependence
• experience in change work
• training in and experience of working with CRA as a method
• experience of collaboration/cooperation with other actors

As a person, you find it easy to adapt to changing circumstances. You can quickly change your perspective and actions and see opportunities in changes. You work well with others, can listen to your fellow human beings, and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner. You also have the ability to organize and prioritize activities effectively.

Information about the Position

Employment form and start: Summer substitute v.25-35, you need to be able to work at least six weeks. We are also looking for staff for hourly employment starting in the spring.
