We are currently looking for a substitute who can step in during various types of absences such as illness, vacation, and to cover a few fixed shifts. There is an opportunity for scheduled work before the summer.

A 51-year-old woman living in Kristianstad is seeking a personal assistant. Our member is a woman with Rett Syndrome, autism, and intellectual disabilities.

Your tasks will include practical chores at home and providing support during various activities such as library visits, dancing, swimming, music, and nature walks. The woman has no mobility impairments. She has her own car, so a driver's license is required. The work is conducted using visually clear pedagogical methods, and everyone does the same. Communication is facilitated through pictures, sign language, and a communication device. A strong emphasis is placed on structure and continuity. Experience with this approach is an advantage.

You must be smoke-free during working hours.

Training and supervision will take place outside of scheduled working hours. The schedule includes both day shifts (with on-call) and shorter shifts, scheduled during the day, evening, night, and weekends. We prefer female applicants.
