JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The Support Services are now looking for someone who is engaged and interested in working with us as a substitute at our group homes, service apartments, and short-term activities. Within our operations, you will meet individuals with various disabilities of different ages. The work involves providing support and care based on each person's individual needs, which may include structuring daily life and finding routines, maintaining circadian rhythms, performing cleaning, laundry, shopping, cooking, and other household chores, as well as maintaining social contacts. You will also assist with contacts with authorities, healthcare, or relatives. Working hours are scheduled and may include daytime, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties at night. Solo work may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a focus on disabilities, has completed the child and leisure program, is studying nursing/child and leisure program/other educational training, or has extensive experience in care, mental health, or addiction.

A driver's license is an advantage.

You must be 18 years or older.

You should be able to collaborate easily with others but also take your own initiative, have good communication skills, be responsible for your tasks, have a respectful and dignified approach with a positive view of people, and focus on the needs of the users. Personal suitability is of great importance.
