JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job tasks

The assignment includes, among other things:

• Guide and support young people in their responsibility for the skate park
• Be responsible for and guide simple kiosk sales and cash handling
• Inventory of materials
• Rental of kickbikes and skateboards
• Support and sometimes lead simple activities for children
• Contribute to creating a safe, pleasant, and inclusive environment in the skate park
• Be a support for the youth's development in their roles, including as leisure leaders

QUALIFICATIONS

We are now looking for an engaged and responsible supervisor for summer internship in the Skate Park in Bjuv during the period week 24 - 32.

About the assignment

As a supervisor, you will work with young people aged 15 - 17 who are doing summer internships in the skate park. Your role is both practical and developmental, where you serve as support, guidance, and a role model for the youth in their work.

To take on the assignment, you need to be available during the entire period (week 24 - week 32)

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is over 18 years old
• Enjoys working with youth and children
• Has experience in similar work, such as in leisure activities, leadership, or work with children and youth (meritorious)
• Has experience or aptitude for simple conflict management with children
• Is secure, responsible, and pedagogical
• It is meritorious if you have experience in skate park, leisure, or youth activities.

Working hours

Working hours: approx. 11:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Employment conditions

Period: Week 24 - 32 (availability during the entire period is required)

Employment form: Hourly employment

Salary: Hourly wage, according to collective agreement

Location: Skate Park in Bjuv
