We also have two caseworkers in the majority of our cases.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The reception is the gateway to social services and works to receive and assess new cases. Our work encompasses the entire area of social services and may involve, for example, children and youth at risk, financial support, harmful use and dependency, and support for relatives. We provide advice and support, act in emergency situations, make decisions, and document. With us, the pace is high, but we value structure, quality, and development.

As a social worker with us, you will work with authority decisions and counseling. The role involves many points of contact with citizens, colleagues, and other actors. You will have the opportunity to contribute with a holistic perspective and develop working methods that make a difference.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in social work and experience in social services.
• Experience in exercising authority
• Has good collaboration skills and a professional approach.
• Has knowledge of relevant legislation and the functions of society.
• Holds a valid driver's license (B)

Experience with Lifecare is an advantage.

You have the ability to reflect and analyze, can motivate and make decisions, express yourself well in speech and writing, and are accustomed to handling documentation. Personal suitability is of great importance.
