Product Stability Specialist

Do you have a solid background in chemistry and experience working with stability assessments? Do you want to contribute your expertise to analyze and optimize product stability? Then this could be for you!

As a Product Stability Specialist, you will work within the Regulatory & Scientific Affairs department. The role involves working closely with a Senior Manager in product science and focusing on evaluating product stability data. In your role as a Product Stability Specialist, your main tasks will include:

• Compiling and regularly updating chemical stability data in the master database.
• Evaluating product parameters (e.g., pH, moisture, water activity, nicotine content, degradation products) against product specifications to establish best-before dates (BBD).
• Writing assessment and opinion reports on product stability.

You will be based at the office in Södermalm, with some remote work possibility after one month in the role. This position is a temporary contract for parental leave, with an employment period from February 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension. The position is a full-time consultancy assignment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements:

• Education: At least a Master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or another relevant field.
• At least three years of experience in a similar role within a relevant industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or food industry).
• Language skills: Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Documented experience in product chemistry, focusing on product characterization and stability assessment.
• Good computer skills and statistical competence are advantageous.

You should be an analytical, organized, and committed person who enjoys working independently and meticulously.
