We are facing an exciting development where we want to further strengthen our sustainability work and are looking for you who want to take on an important role in this effort. With increased legal requirements and a growing focus on sustainability throughout our operations, we see the need to take our initiatives to the next level – and we need your help to succeed.

As Sustainability Manager

you will report to our Head of Sustainability and work closely with teams in finance, quality, and procurement. Here you will both lead and develop important projects that contribute to us achieving our sustainability goals and exceeding expectations from both customers and legislators.

The role is mainly divided into two areas of responsibility;

• Sustainability Reporting (CSRD):
  • Lead the collection of data for sustainability reporting (CSRD) and support the organization when relevant data needs to be reported.
  • Ensure that data from the organization is correct by analyzing and quality assuring reported data.
• Supplier Review:
  • Evaluate both new and existing suppliers based on the company's sustainability requirements and in line with upcoming legal requirements (CSDDD).
  • This will include ongoing dialogue with our suppliers, collecting verifications, and assessing suppliers' credibility related to the information reported.

In addition to leading sustainability reporting and being responsible for supplier reviews, the role will also include following up on our sustainability strategy and internal sustainability goals. The role also involves continuously identifying areas for improvement and initiating projects that make a real difference for both our own operations and sustainable development in society at large.

We are looking for someone with experience working with sustainability issues and sustainability reporting, preferably with a focus on data collection, analysis, and supplier reviews. You are a natural project leader who enjoys collaborating broadly and is driven to achieve concrete results. You have a relevant university degree and/or vocational training that the employer considers relevant. Of course, you are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

As a person, you are self-driven, analytical, and skilled at engaging people! You are used to working in a structured way and see opportunities where others see challenges.
