About the Position

As a Product Stability Specialist, you will work within Regulatory & Scientific Affairs and be part of a dedicated team responsible for ensuring the quality and sustainability of the company's products. The role involves working closely with a Senior Manager in product science and focusing on the evaluation of product stability data. You will work at the office in Södermalm, Stockholm. The position is a temporary contract for parental leave, with employment from February 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension.

In your role as a Product Stability Specialist, your main tasks will include:

Compiling and adding chemical stability data to the main data file regularly.
Evaluating product parameters (e.g., pH, moisture, water activity, nicotine content, degradation products of nicotine) against the product specifications to determine the best before date (BBD).
Writing assessment and status reports on the stability of products.

The position of Product Stability Specialist is a consulting assignment starting on February 1, 2025, and ending on August 31, 2025, with the possibility of extension.

About You

We are looking for someone with a Master of Science in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a relevant field. You have at least three years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry. It is advantageous if you have good computer skills and knowledge of statistics.

Furthermore, we see that you are an analytical, organized, and detail-oriented person who enjoys working independently and meticulously. You have good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Important for the position is:

Experience in product characterization and stability assessment
Strong analytical skills and good report writing abilities
Ability to work both independently and in a team
