About the position Hifab Tech is looking for an installation manager who wants to help shape the future of property technology. The company assists property owners and community builders in developing and optimizing installations, system solutions, control and regulation systems, as well as digital technology, in both construction projects and management. They project manage and provide technical advice during property acquisitions, the introduction of new technology, and proptech solutions.

Your future tasks You will have a project-leading role, meaning you will lead and be responsible for installation projects from start to finish independently. You will be a technical key person in both renovation and new construction projects. Depending on your background and ambition, there are opportunities for different specializations. Whether you aim to develop within large complex assignments or work advisory in several smaller parallel projects, you will encounter great variation in your role. You will, among other things:

• Lead and coordinate installations within electrical, HVAC, or control systems.

• Be responsible for commissioning, testing, and coordinated testing.

• Support with technical expertise related to data requirements to meet increased demands for sustainability reporting.

• Act as an advisor and Tech Lead regarding technical solutions in renovation and new construction projects.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an installation manager in various types of projects.

• Technical education in a relevant field.

• Experience working with existing installations that need to be renovated or replaced during ongoing operations.

• Good knowledge of AB04 and ABT06.

• Experience in being responsible for commissioning, testing, and coordinated testing of property systems such as plumbing, ventilation, control/automation, etc.

Meritorious

• Experience working as a contractor, client, or installer.

• Experience in VDC (BIM).

• Worked advisory with technical due diligence in property installations.
