Method Supporter at Partille Municipality

One of the unit's three method supporters is moving back to their hometown, so we are now looking for someone who wants to work as a method supporter with us, leading and distributing the daily work for a team of about six investigative social workers.

Your mission will be to provide operational support to the unit's social workers and strengthen their independence in their professional practice, as well as to ensure the legality of our work and the participation of children and young people.

The development work carried out in the unit is well anchored in the working groups, and there is a high ambition and willingness to continue developing our operations. As a method supporter, you will work closely with other method supporters in the administration as well as with the unit manager. We actively work to maintain good internal collaboration at all levels, in which you as a method supporter play a crucial role.

Qualifications

For this position, we are looking for someone who is a qualified social worker and has several years of experience in public authority work in the field of children and youth. You have good knowledge of the relevant legislation and a strong interest in management issues. Knowledge of and interest in the Signs of Safety/Partnering for Safety approach is an advantage, as well as an interest in the implementation of this approach.
