We are now looking for a dedicated and responsible personal assistant for a cheerful 27-year-old man with cerebral palsy who uses a wheelchair. This position is suitable for you who have a genuine interest in people and want to work in an environment where safety, collaboration, and care are at the center.

About the assignment

As a personal assistant, you will help create the conditions for a safe, active, and meaningful everyday life. The client needs support in his daily living, and you are a key person in his life.

The client has daily activities 2 days a week, and you will accompany him to work. The assignment also includes accompanying the client to various activities.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is reliable, attentive, and professional, and who enjoys working closely with both the client and colleagues.

As the client communicates using Bliss, it is advantageous if you have experience with AAC.

Requirements:

• Documented experience in care and support
• Preferably experience or comfort in handling stoma and related interventions
• Good collaboration skills
• Ability to work systematically and follow routines
• Fluent in Swedish

Employment conditions

• Scope: approx. 75% (for the duration of the assignment)
• Working hours: Day and/or night shifts, Monday–Sunday
• Start: As agreed
