The position involves working extra as needed, with the possibility of a short-term substitute position and summer work. The shifts are long, 12-13 hours, scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends.

The client is a middle-aged woman with Alzheimer's. She lives with her husband and their cat in beautiful Hönö. She enjoys going for walks and has an interest in nature and gardening. As a person, she is social and has worked with people in previous jobs. She is part of a group of women who meet regularly. Her hobbies include food, movies, music, outdoor activities, and spending time with loved ones. On Thursdays, you will go to the swimming pool and swim.

The job includes typical assistant tasks. This may involve support with personal care, household chores, and activities. With Alzheimer's, most people experience problems with memory and language, which is why we see that you, as an applicant, speak good Swedish and can communicate clearly. The disease also affects thinking and concentration, making it harder to perform practical tasks such as shopping, cooking, or getting to places without help.

For example, you will support the woman with:

· Going for walks, swimming in the sea, or taking other outings

· Reading aloud or watching TV series

· Cooking, perhaps baking or making juice

· Assisting with personal care such as dressing

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

Employment type: Hourly employment

Scope: Shifts are booked as needed

Working hours: Varies. Depending on the day of the week, you will work from 8 AM to 7 PM, 8 PM, 9 PM, or 10 PM.

Start date: According to agreement

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
