About Villa Tilda

At Agaton Omsorg, we are proud to offer top modern and newly built accommodation for those in need at Villa Tilda's Psychiatric Residence. Villa Tilda is quietly located in Alingsås, close to the city center and community services.

The residence has 16 places where each resident has their own apartment with a full kitchen and bathroom. In addition, there are common areas such as a kitchen/dining area and communal spaces.

In the residence, support is designed for those living there to be able to live as independently as possible with a varied content regarding employment, activities, and community. Each resident is assigned a contact person responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up regarding the resident.

About the Role

As a Residential Support Worker, you are an important part of the lives of the people living at Villa Tilda and a guarantee that our working methods and approach towards our customers follow Agaton Omsorg's pedagogical foundation. Our vision and goal are to make today better than yesterday for the individuals we have the privilege to care for.

We are looking for:

We are currently seeking a Residential Support Worker for Awake Night, part-time.

Working hours: Awake Night. Some evening shifts may occur.

Probationary employment for 6 months.

Start date as soon as possible based on agreement.

We are looking for someone with relevant education in psychiatry/care and support. A focus on Psychiatry is advantageous (e.g., nursing assistant with a focus on psychiatry, caregiver, treatment educator, social educator, support educator).

A requirement is documented experience of work in similar operations, psychiatric outpatient and/or inpatient care.

It is advantageous if you have knowledge and experience of low-arousal approach and clarifying pedagogy and/or ESL (An independent life).

A B driver's license is an advantage.
