About the Job
Do you want to make a difference as a support assistant for individuals living in special accommodation? We are looking for someone to work as a support assistant in a residence for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Järnbrottspark is a special accommodation in the Southwest. At Järnbrottspark, six women live in their own apartments, and there is a common area nearby. The residence is focused on individuals with neuropsychiatric and intellectual disabilities, but there are also residents with acquired brain injuries.
At Järnbrottspark, we work on the premise that each tenant should be involved and given the opportunity to develop towards as independent a life as possible. Your mission as a support assistant is to provide tenants with individually tailored support in their daily lives. You work in a motivating and coaching manner and create conditions for structure and participation based on each person's abilities. Together, we create long-term conditions for an independent and good life for our tenants. We offer a developing and stimulating job where you, together with the unit manager, work group, and support educator, will participate in the continued development of the operations.
The working hours for the position are scheduled for days, evenings, and every other weekend. Some solo work may occur. Please read more about Järnbrottspark on our blog SnAKKet goes: https://snakketgar.blogspot.com/p/jarnbrottspark.html (https://snakketgar.blogspot.com/p/jarnbrottspark.html)
