Personal Assistant Needed for 12-Year-Old Child – Double Assistance Around the Clock

I am 12 years old and live with my mom, dad, and brother. I am now looking for trustworthy and caring personal assistants who want to be an important part of my daily life.

I have active double assistance around the clock. The work is guided by clear routines related to my care, medication, and self-care. It is important that you can follow routines and job descriptions carefully, but also adapt to how I feel on any given day.

I need full physical support in all activities and use a wheelchair. My assistance needs include inhalation, cough machine, PEP mask, tube feeding (gastrostomy), stoma care, and medication. You need to be able to read my well-being, my signals, and my body language.

When I feel good, it is important that I receive the right stimulation and activities – the goal of my assistance is to laugh every day.

About You

You are calm, secure, responsible, and have a warm demeanor. Experience in personal assistance or working with children is a plus, but personal suitability is the most important.

Other Information

• Working hours are distributed across all hours of the day
• Introduction and training will be provided where I am, usually at home but sometimes in the hospital
• A background check is required
• Swedish language skills are required
