About the Position

At Olivia, we are looking for 1 personal assistant who wants to work extra as needed for our client residing in Tjörn.

To be considered for this position, you need to be flexible and able to work at short notice in the absence of regular assistants.

Working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 08:30 AM - 06:00 PM Weekdays

• 10:00 AM - 08:30 PM Weekends

Start date is according to agreement, and we would like to see you begin training immediately.

About the Client

The client is a man in his 50s with a great interest in plants, cars, and fitness. He needs your help as an assistant in his daily life due to symptoms from an acquired brain injury after a previous stroke.

Our client is verbal and communicates what needs to be done, but you also need to be able to read situations and take your own initiatives.

The tasks are as follows:

• Support with daily routines and household chores

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals

• Practical support in daily activities

• Manual transfers

We believe that you who are applying for this position are a person who enjoys working with people and can put others' needs at the center. As a person, you are empathetic, socially perceptive, solution-focused, proactive, and reliable.

Requirements:

• Experience working as a personal assistant or in care and support

• Physically strong, manual transfers are required

• Swedish spoken and written

Merits:

• Driver's license and access to a car

Employment Rate: 1 substitute as needed

Start Date: Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
